Why can't I open my certificate?

To be able to obtain your certificate:

• You must answer all questions in the course modules.
• You must download all documents.
• You must read all interviews.
• You must have watched all videos.

A completed module is recognised by a check mark in a yellow circle.
No check mark? Click on the module without a check mark. On the introduction page of each module you will find a percentage of completion of all chapters. If a chapter does not mark 100%, you probably forgot to answer a question or open an attachment. Go to this chapter and go to the question without the “check mark”. Answer the question and check to see if the percentage is now at 100%.

When all chapters and modules are completed you will find your certificate on your profile page.

A completed module is recognized by a check mark in a yellow circle. 

Click on the Icon   next to the certificate title.

The certificate will open:

• in a separate tab in your browser or
• will download directly as PDF.

This depends on the computer or webbrowser that you work with.
It is possible the PDF reader is not installed or you have to choose the program you open the file with yourself.
Please ensure that you did not click on the myGCP passport download icon, instead of the myGCP certificate.

Your course is complete when it has a check mark on it.
